VI. Delivery and Sign-Off

2. The Company insures each order during transit until the goods are delivered or signed for. You are required to sign a delivery confirmation upon receiving the goods, and you shall assume full responsibility for the goods after signing.

If the person signing for the goods is not the original purchaser, or if the goods are a gift, you agree that such signature shall constitute valid proof of delivery, indicating that the Company has fulfilled its order delivery obligations and that you have accepted the transfer of relevant responsibilities.

VII. Return and Refund Policy

1. The Company is committed to providing you with a high-quality online shopping experience and therefore offers a no-questions-asked return and refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you may request a return and receive a full refund.
2. Return Conditions:
    
   a) Customers must submit a return request and ship the product back within 7 days of purchase;
    
   b) The returned product must be in its original condition: unused/unworn, packed in the original packaging box or bag, with intact hang tags.
3. Return Process: Please complete the return form provided with the product and ship it back together with the product. If you lose the form, please contact customer service to obtain an electronic version.
4. Important Note: The shipping cost for returned products shall be borne by the customer.
